This Old Snake figure is exactly what an MGS4 fan is looking for. Snake is in his famous crouching pose from MGS4 -Ciggarette in mouth- and it looks great. Medicom has done a wonderful job in recreating old snake.
I have read reviews of Medicom toys before, so I was skeptical with this snake figure. However, this is a statue really, with no poseability. Snake is completely Static. The detail is very high, with extremely small print on his octocamo suit that you can actually read. This toy is easily of McFarlane detail quality.
When I was at the store looking over the paint job, I found every one in stock to be of great quality. There were no noticeable errors on any of the 4 I saw. The only issue with this figure is that when you place him on a flat surface, his right toe points up, as if Medicom didn't get his crouch sculpt aligned properly. This is a minor gripe, but really should have been corrected as Old Snake deserves perfection. This only presents itself if you plan to open and display snake, otherwise in the package he looks perfect.

Cheap Hot Wheels Battle Force 5 Vert and Saber
My daughter received this toy as one of the items from her Wish List. She was ecstatic when she open up her present. The vehicle constructed of hard plastic (with the exception of the wheels and wings). What makes this toy unique is the rotating cockpit that gives the vehicle two unique styles when you flip this over. The main body extends causing the wings to flare and the spikes from the rear tires to activate. The cockpit is somewhat of a challenge to open, especially for smaller hands. The action fits into the cockpit easily but takes more effort to remove him from it. The wheels allow this vehicle to roll easily on soft and hard surfaces.
There is a launching projectile in the front of the vehicle and it has excellent range for battle; however, I warn parents of younger children who live in the house, since it can injure a child's eye or be a swallowing hazard.
The action figure articulates at the shoulder, hips and neck. This too is a choking hazard for a small child or danger for pets who eat everything in sight.

Buying Watchmen Movie Rorschach Action Figure
Rorschach will always be the coolest character from the best graphic novel of all time, unfortunately he could have gotten a better action figure. This action figure is simply for show purposes only. He has very little articulation and barely any poses. His head swivels, his arms can move up, his elbows bend and his legs rotate. While his overall look is very detailed this figure is quite disappointing. The bottom part of his coat "the dress part" is one big block and his legs stick out once the block ends. His waist does not move and his legs do not bend. Back at Comic Con 2008 DC stated that this figure would have a changeable clear mask plates to accommodate the moving fluids in the movie, surprisingly none of those features can be found in this retail version and is just another let down. If you want a Rorschach action figure this is the only one you'll get for a long time, Let's just hope DC decides to release a proper line of Watchmen figures in the future based of the comic and not the movie(Hooded Justice????). My son has been a huge Buzz Lightyear fan for a couple years now. Since my son just turned 8, he is about to outgrow him, but we decided to buy just one more Buzz for Christmas. I am one of those G.I. Joe guys who played with GI JOE's in the 80's when they first came out. I am happy to say that I am still one of those guys. The tires are actually made of rubber, not plastic like most other ones. That is one of the better attributes. It is built solid, and looks nice once all the stickers are on it. I do wish there was a back seat like in the movie. That space is now occupied by a missle launcher. It can securely fit 2 figures inside. The others will have to "hang on for dear life" on the outside. A big plus, is the fact that there is really no assembly required. The unit comes in-tact. The front grille does detach, but it is easy to put back on. Overall I am happy with this purchase, and feel that the price is justified. I think that this figure and the Ozymandias ones are the best of the Watchmen action figures. Silk Spectre I's detail is fantastic. Her skirt is made of a thin, rubbery vinyl instead of just a hard plastic, her fishnets are actually real, and she is very posable. Her face is well-designed and looks pretty close to Carla Gugino's. The only problem with this figure (and the other Watchmen figures as well) is that the base is kind of poor. The figure doesn't stand well on the base and can get knocked off pretty easily. This is a great action figure. It is worth the money, and like the other reviewers already stated, it is nicely molded and very articulated. The back legs do not have as much motion as the forelegs though and the tail does not move at all. The only catch is, the Thanator is not put together when you buy it. It comes in 10 peices, body, neck, head, tail and six legs. Most of it snaps together fairly easily for an adult. But the tail is a very hard snap-in. I had troubles with it and one of the forelegs. We had to use a dry paint brush to get into all the little cracks. It also had little paint marks on it from another toy.
