Transformers Movie 2 Deluxe Autobot Skids Decide Now

This toy was purchased for my 4 yr old who will be 5 in February. Neither my husband and I can successfully follow the paper instructions and my son has no interest in learning either, it's too hard. The "ages 5+" statement is totally misleading. I will be following another reviewers advice and view the instructions on youtube. This toy was pretty disappointing! We also have lower level Optimus Prime, Grimlock and Bumblebee. Bumblee is the only one my 4 yr old and 2.5 yr old enjoy because he really does transform easily. I can do Grimlock if I'm careful, but Optimus has me stumped. Grimlock's main problems are the fact that his little plastic parts often snap open when you're tryiny to transform him, not that the actual transformation instructions are tricky. I figured him and Bumblebee out without instructions. Optimus, well, I may have to look at his instructions. I've almost got it worked out...but it's more like me playing with rubik's cube than my boys enjoying their long-awaited transformers....Get more detail about Transformers Movie 2 Deluxe Autobot Skids.
